“I spent most of the morning on the floor plan, moving the projection room so the queue does not block the shop. Campbell rang about the LA boxes; two this week. And I want to keep Friday clear for writing.”

Your exact words, sorted
By topic shows each subject with the paragraphs that belong to it. Full transcript shows every word, in order, exactly as you said it.
Anything you say you need to do gets a tick box, and is gathered on Today. Titles, summaries and topics can be changed by hand, and re-filing keeps your changes.
Each day is a page
A summary and to-dos written from every entry, a box for notes that saves as you type, and the entries themselves, oldest first.
Email the day to yourself or download it. Anything you delete waits in the bin for 30 days, so a wrong tap can be undone.

Find any day by date, topic or word
Type a word into Find days and the days that mention it stand out while the rest fade.
Search goes further, through titles, topics, keywords, people, places, summaries, transcripts and notes, and filters by topic, kind of entry and dates.
Ask your journal
Put a question to your own entries. Answers come only from what you said, typed and noted, and each point links to the entry or day it came from.
If the journal does not hold the answer, it says so.
What did I keep saying I needed to do this week?
On the phone and at the desk
On the home screen it opens like an app, with the record button in the bar along the bottom. In a browser on a laptop, the month sits beside the day, and you record with the computer’s microphone.
What arrives, and when
A code when you sign in, and a note of the day each evening at the hour you choose: the summary and to-dos, or the full transcripts as well.
We recommend the summary version. Full transcripts leave a copy of your journal in your inbox. If nothing has gone in by the time you pick, a reminder comes as a notification on your phone, or by email.
Recordings are kept for 60 days. Transcripts stay.
Recordings are saved at 48 kbps, about 0.36 MB a minute. An admin can choose 30, 60 or 90 days, or keep everything.

Private, and locked if you want it
Only the person who keeps a journal can read it. Admins see names and counts, never what anyone said, typed or photographed.
A sign-in lasts 30 days, so each phone or computer can ask for Face ID or a four-digit code after an hour away.
The content is not end-to-end encrypted. ElevenLabs turns the audio into text, Anthropic’s Claude writes titles, summaries, topics and answers, Netlify hosts and stores it, and Gmail sends the emails.
